Meet the Chefs

Miguel Larcher

Miguel Larcher has been a plant based French chef for more than 25 years. He is trained in classic French cuisine, French pastry, and plant-based cuisine. He owns a plant-based restaurant and has traveled around the world to educate, coach, and teach in classrooms, churches, restaurants, hospitals and schools.  He loves to teach and to see people getting excited about cooking. Especially when people realize that flavor is not the only end goal, but that health is important as well. He is married to his lovely wife, Nadine, and they have two beautiful teenagers, Emmanuel and Hadassah.

Nick Stroot

Nick Stroot is a plant-based chef with eight years of experience in the kitchen. He started his career as Chef Miguel Larcher's sous chef and went on to to run his own meal delivery service in Wichita, KS from the state certified kitchen in his home.
