Gender Ideology, God, and the Transgender Debate

Eric Bates, holds a D.Min. in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, a M.Div. from Andrews University and, a BA of Theology from Southern Adventist University. Eric serves as the Family Ministries Director for the Carolina Conference, Senior Pastor of the Arden Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Asheville, NC., and Adjunct Professor in Southern Adventist University's M.Min in Biblical Counseling program. He is married to Ann Marie, his wife of 33 years and together they have four adult children, two daughters in law, and two grandchildren.
