Join us at Art Clinic! Hosted by the Northern New England Conference, this event invites you to explore the intersection of creativity and spirituality. Connect with fellow students and discover new ways to express yourself through art. Art Clinic aligns with our mission of fostering spiritual growth and community engagement.

What to Expect:
- An opportunity to enhance your artistic skills in a supportive environment
- Guidance from experienced instructors who prioritize meaningful expression
- A platform to share your work and connect with a vibrant community

We hope to see you there!
Chaperone's REQUIRED: Each student participating in Art Clinic must be accompanied by a chaperone who is responsible for him or her at all times. However, a chaperone can be responsible for more than one student. Each chaperone needs to complete the registration process.
Chaperone Responsibilities: Chaperones are asked to perform duties at the clinic to ensure the program runs smoothly. If you do not select your preferences when you register, you will be assigned duties at random. Furthermore, we will try to meet your preferences, but all duties need coverage. Thank you for your understanding. Each chaperone needs to complete the registration process.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued after the January 16 registration deadline.

Deadlines

Registration closes January 16, 2025.

- Portraits of His Children, Drawing with Colored Pencils - Donna Niwinski, Instructor
You will draw portraits with colored pencils. Please bring a 5"x7"  or larger picture of portrait that you want to draw.

This is a crash course acting class.  Students will work together to audition for a part, memorize their lines, learn the basics of exits and entrances, practice projecting their voices, and then present the play on Sabbath morning.  While students don’t get to take home a physical project, the experience and fun we have in class makes Visual Presentation a great Art Clinic option.

7th-12th Grade

- Audio/Visual Operation - Dustin Johnson, Instructor
Anyone interested in AV is welcome. Depending on the students and time, we will go from beginner all the way to advanced on setting up and running sound, setting up and running video streams, plus more. The students will also assist with AV for the Saturday program including the Visual Presentation.

Create the costumes for the visual presentation.

Students will learn a variety of cooking techniques and will be able to sample the food they create!
- Embroidery-Felt Appliqué -  Heidi Ruiz, Instructor
In this hands-on workshop, students will discover the colorful and creative world of embroidery and felt appliqué. They’ll learn how to transform simple fabric and thread into expressive works of art. From threading a needle to creating decorative patterns, participants will gain confidence in basic hand-sewing skills while experiencing the joy of working with texture, color, and design.

9th-12th Grade
