In light of all the misinformation surrounding the LGBT+ issue today in society and in the church, this series is designed to Inspire the Church with testimonies of victory over sin, Enlighten the Church and educate the church with biblical and scientific truths regarding the same issue, and to Equip the Church through these avenues and with resources to relate to this issue through compassion without compromise and with the focus on redemption rather than affirmation. God forbid that we be found with a form of godliness, denying the power thereof!!

About the Presenter
Ron Woolsey is a retired pastor of the Arkansas/Louisiana Conference. He is a co-founder of ‘Coming Out’ Ministries, and presently the speaker/director of The Narrow Way Ministry. As a recording artist and concert musician he has released several CDs with his Concert Grand Marimba. Having lived many years in the LGBT community in his youth, being labeled as “unchangeable” and viewed as “unreachable,” Ron now travels extensively both at home and abroad with his music and his testimony of divine rescue, presenting redemptive messages of love, compassion, and power to overcome, shared so that others may know that “nothing is impossible with God…,” declaring that He specializes in reaching the “unreachable,” and changing the “unchangeable.” Through his multi-faceted ministry, Ron contends that our God “is mighty to save,” the "whosoevers," from "whatsoever," even "to the uttermost." Pastor Ron and his wife Claudia (31 years) live in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. They are the parents of five children, grandparents of four, and great-grandparents of one. God is Good!
About the 2nd Presenter
Michael Carducci, Co-Founder, and Senior Speaker of "Coming Out" Ministries. Michael is an international ministry leader addressing his history from Transgenderism; living in the Homosexual Culture and being Sexually Addicted for over twenty years. Accepting Jesus Christ was the beginning of a discovery of healing, as he learned the Biblical process of cleansing and restoration through a loving relationship with Jesus Christ. Being introduced to God for the first time as Jesus proved His enduring love and dedication, Michael was shown how to live in a world of temptation. Learning the process of true surrender he now experiences peace in his life on a moment by moment basis. Michael shares his experience for overcoming and helps guide others to Christ as he reveals what has helped address the brokenness of the past and how to achieve healing through a solid dependance on Jesus Christ.

Speaker: Michael Carducci

A keynote presentation about the identity of transgenderism in our culture and how to relate and redeem all types of identity in the church.  We will discuss the reality of the transgender movement on the church and also to talk redemptively about an issue that needs a biblical perspective that is radical and loving.  A real eye opener of the subject of love and truth combined. Michael also includes his testimony of gender confusion and how his journey was affected by it.

This 5 day keynote presentation is designed for the elementary age (4-11) children that are needing a safe definition of identity and sexuality in a world that is saturated in confusion. Without being educational or explicit in sexual behavior Michael shares God’s intention of identity and sexuality through the creation experience and also through the stories of Noah, Jacob and Revelation. Utilizing the rainbow to share God’s original definition of His love and protection for His creation.

Dispelling LGBT Myths

The church today, along with society in general, is mired down in the myths surrounding the LGBT+ issue.  Hobbled by misinformation and propaganda, Christians are confused as how to relate to the LGBT+ community and remain faithful to Christian principles.  The church is being pressured to shift its posture from a Scriptural stance to an affirming cultural position, compromising away the power of God to save from sin.  In this context, this presentation is designed to inspire, enlighten, and equip the church for a compassionate yet non-compromising and redemptive approach to the issue.
