• Painting of entire area. Paint & crew has been 100% donated!
• Replacing bathroom vanities & toilets. About $800
• Building new porch steps to entry. About $400
• Build a permanent kitchen island. About $600
• Enlarging kitchen pass-through. About $75
• Purchasing dining room table for 12. If funds available. Up to $1500
• Potentially new kitchen countertops. If funds available. Cost unknown
• Complete remodel of girl's bathroom downstairs (next summer). About $15,000
