This renovation project has already begun and is partially funded with someone willing to match up to $15,000 to support this current project and a few others that should happen in the next year on this building.

Giving to this project will support these renovations & more:

  • Replacing the carpet with a mixture of new carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile (luxury click flooring). About $11,000
  • Cleaning and painting kitchen cabinets. About $400
  • Painting of entire area. Paint & crew has been 100% donated!
  • Replacing bathroom vanities & toilets. About $800
  • Building new porch steps to entry. About $400
  • Build a permanent kitchen island. About $600
  • Enlarging kitchen pass-through. About $75
  • Purchasing dining room table for 12. If funds available. Up to $1500
  • Potentially new kitchen countertops. If funds available. Cost unknown
  • Complete remodel of girl's bathroom downstairs (next summer). About $15,000

Volunteers have removed most of the old flooring on the main level and picked up the new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) from Home Depot. Cabinets have also been disassembled, cleaned, and sanded. Ready for painting.
