Church Revitalization

Purpose

INSPIRING, EDUCATING, and TRAINING church leaders and members to turn declining and plateaued churches around.
Two ingredients needed to turn a church around:
  1. a willing church
  2. a motivated pastor
A person's love for his/her church is not a safe indicator of whether or not it is succeeding in the purpose for which God called it.

How to Succeed?

Use a proven revitalization process with your church.
Church leaders receive coaching through the revitalization process from an experienced Turnaround Pastor.

Who can help us?

Brad Cauley is new to the Northern New England Conference as of early 2021. He comes to us from the Carolina Conference where he was the Church Planting & Revitalization Director. With years of experience helping churches change their downward trajectory, he wrote a book on church revitalization titled "Steps to a Vibrant Church". This turnaround guide is meant to help churches discover weaknesses, how to address them, and where to put their focus in order to better their church. He uses this guide when helping churches.
How does he help?
If your church and pastor are willing, Brad meets with your church leaders and members to create your unique strategy to reverse the cycle of membership and involvement decline at your church. It starts with a half day event and encourages churches to set milestones and evaluations over the coming 6+ months.
