How to Succeed?

Brad Cauley is new to the Northern New England Conference as of early 2021. He comes to us from the Carolina Conference where he was the Church Planting & Revitalization Director. With years of experience helping churches change their downward trajectory, he wrote a book on church revitalization titled "Steps to a Vibrant Church". This turnaround guide is meant to help churches discover weaknesses, how to address them, and where to put their focus in order to better their church. He uses this guide when helping churches.
