This series will begin with the tasting & blending of herbal infusions. We will explore and unlock the unique flavors, how to blend these flavors, and briefly discuss their potential healing properties. Each lecture following will highlight a new plant. We will discuss how to Grow, Harvest and Prepare each plant to begin your own home Apothecary!
At the end of the series, attendees are invited to Sweet River Farm to explore our teaching gardens.
