2. Full Day Volunteers for Setup & Teardown
Setup & Teardown takes days of hard work. Below lists out the regular days of setup and teardown but also this year we need extra help with Messiah's Mansion!
Messiah's Mansion is a life-size tabernacle from the Old Testament that will be setup next to the Freeport Church. It will offer tours all afternoon Saturday-Saturday of Faith Fest. It takes 20-30 volunteers two days to setup and one day to takedown and we need your help! There is a lot of labor like carrying items, setting up tents, pounding stakes, and other heavy labor but there is also some lighter work.
All days are 8:00am-5:00pm.
Dates
- (Monday, June 15) - Regular Setup Day 1
- (Tuesday, June 16) - Regular Setup Day 2

3. Hospitality Volunteers in the Guest Tent
Our Hospitality Team exists to help every guest feel seen, valued, and welcomed — offering a free book (such as Steps to Christ, The Great Controversy, health books, children’s books, and many more), listening well, and connecting people to local church resources when appropriate. This team will be required to attend 4 trainings in advance of Faith Fest to grow their abilities similarly to Literature Evangelism work. No previous training required.
Volunteering Days: These opportunities would be during the days of June 19-27, 2026. The shift options are still to be determined.
Training Requirement: The training will consist of 4–5 meetings (once a week), beginning March 17 and concluding April 14. Which weekday it will be on is pending.
Apply: To be on this team requires this Hospitality application.
Hospitality Application4. Advertising Volunteers sharing Flyers and Posters in advance.
The best advertising is directly inviting your friends, family, coworkers and even those you meet on the street. We have a professional team creating flyers, posters and handouts for Faith Fest and we need you to help spread the word!
Our "target" area for advertising includes anywhere within about a 30 minute drive to Faith Fest. This area includes dozens of towns and 11 churches: Auburn, Bath, Brunswick, Farmingdale, Freeport, Lewiston, Portland, Portland Spanish, Saco, Topsham, and Westbrook. Additional towns to prioritize because of their closeness include Yarmouth, Falmouth, Cumberland, Durham, & Pownal. But again, 30 minutes drive is the target area but anyone that wants to make the treck is invited!
When: We will start advertising on May 1 but we would really push the flyers, posters, and handouts starting May 22. You could hand them out to everyone you know after that!
